基于工学结合的高职思想政治类课程建设与改革探索

Probe Into Work&study combination-based Ideological & Political Course Construction&Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职学院目前推行的工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式的改革,对高职学院思想政治理论课课程设置、教材建设、教学团队建设、教学方式和考核方法提出了新的要求。适应这一新的要求,高职学院应该在思想政治类课程中增设《企业文化》、《行业企业职业行为规范》等课程,加强对学生的企业精神、职业操守、经营理念、敬业精神、质量意识、成本意识、环保意识、合同意识、诚信观念、创新精神、合作精神和集体主义思想的教育。要开发反映企业要求和体现专业特色的思想政治类课程教材;突破传统的教学模式和方法,进行开放式多样化教学;加强思想政治课教学团队建设,建立一支由思想政治课专任教师、专业课教师、专职辅导员和行业企业专家组成的专兼结合的思想政治课教师队伍,充分发挥思想政治课在高职人才培养工作中的作用。

The reform mode as work-study combination as well as school-enterprise corporation are promoted in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the course reform,teaching material construction,teaching staff,teaching method and evaluation way of the ideological and political theory are asked for new requirements.The course as Enterprise Culture should be added in the college ideological and political curricula to strengthen students＇ enterprise spirit,professional ethics,management idea,quality awareness,environmental protection awareness education.Countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of teaching mode,staff training,teaching materials development.
