摘要
提出对人力资源实施360度绩效测评和因子分析综合评价,以供电企业的整体效益最大、在整体效益等同的条件下总成本最小为目标,建立一个多目标系统优化人岗匹配模型,并对模型进行实证分析得出相关结论,从而为供电企业人力资源优化配置提供一个具有理论支撑的可操作方案.
A comprehensive model for appraising human resources put forward in this paper involves 360-degree performance appraisal and factor analyzing comprehensive appraisal. It is a multiobjective optimization model for optimizing person-post matching, aimed at maximizing the overall benefits of power supply enterprises and at minimizing overall costs. Meanwhile, an empirical analysis of the model was carried out and the results were obtained. Therefore, this study provides a workable scheme for optimizing human resources allocation in power supply enterprises.
