建筑设计中的几个节能问题调研(Ⅱ)——建筑节能材料、热舒适与应用

Research on Several Architectural Energy Saving Problems(Ⅱ)——Energy-Efficient Building Materials,Thermal Comfort and Utilization

为了了解建筑节能设计实践中存在的问题和困难,探讨怎样设计和建造良好的节能建筑,本文编制了建筑师调查量表,采用直接问卷、网上问卷、对象专访等方式调查并对调查结果进行统计分析研究.结果显示:建筑材料的热工性能、价格和供应商的宣传推销力度是影响建筑师选择建筑节能材料的重要因素.建筑师比较看重影响人体热舒适的客观物理指标.在室内热环境创造上建筑师首先考虑基本建筑设计,功能决定形式的现代主义设计理念得到体现.建筑节能实际应用中应解决节能标准和节能措施滞后问题.

An architectural questionnaire was designed to identify the problems and difficulties in the design practice of architectural energy saving and to explore how to design and build better energy efficient buildings.A number of methods were adopted,for example,direct questionnaire,the Internet questionnaire and interviews.The statistically analyzed results indicate that thermal performance and price of building materials and sales promotion of salesmen are the critical factors that contribute to an architect＇s choice of energy-efficient building materials.Moreover,architects pay special attention to objective index which has significant impacts on human thermal comfort.When it comes to indoor thermal environmental construction,an architect＇s prime focus is on basic building design,reflecting the modern design concept that functions determine forms.In practice,energy efficient building materials are expected to address the problems that the development of energy efficient standard and energy efficient methods is lagging behind the time.
