新型铜衬板及耐磨钢衬板在中厚板剪切机中的应用

摘要 分析了造成中厚板双边剪剪刃间隙偏差的原因,通过对进口的双边剪刀架衬板晶相分析,及相应的对磨实验研究,发现使用的进口衬板在强度、硬度及耐磨性物理性能等方面都较差,特别是在局部载荷集中的工况下,加速了衬板的磨损,使得双边剪剪刃间隙偏差进一步加大。由于渗硅铜衬板在耐磨、减磨方面优越性能,决定用渗硅铜衬板和耐磨钢替代原来普通锡青铜及低合金结构钢做为衬板材质,经过对磨试验,发现衬板耐磨性能大幅提高,最终实现了刀架衬板进口替代。 This article analyses why the parallelism of the double-side shear's knives became worse in a short time.In microstruture analysis and friction test,we found that the physical property(like strength,hardness,wear-resisting etc)of the knives' liners isn't ideal.Because the imported liners are easily to be wore out,It is difficult to keep shear's knives in parallel.Especially under the concentrate load,the depth of parallelism of the shear's knives soon become worse.Because the anti-friction property of ihrigzing copper is very excellent,we replaced the common material by ihrigizing copper and wear-resistant steel to manufacture liner.After a long time used,the double-side shear's knives can keep in parallel.It is proved the new material liner possesses good advantage in wear-resisting.
