摘要
应用流式细胞术(FCM) 直接免疫荧光染色法和免疫粘附花环法, 检测了41 例慢性胃炎患儿外周血T 淋巴细胞亚群( 包括CD3 + ,CD4 + 和CD8 +) 的变化和红细胞免疫功能(RBCC3bRR,RBCICR) ,以观察慢性胃炎患儿的免疫功能在治疗前后的变化。结果显示:慢性胃炎患儿治疗前各项免疫指标除RBC- ICR 外,均低于对照组( P< 0 .01) ;治疗后各项免疫指标均有显著提高,而RBC- ICR 则有所下降( P < 0 .01) 。本研究提示,慢性胃炎患儿一旦确诊,就应及时正规治疗,以免患儿长期缺乏必需的营养素而致免疫功能紊乱。
cases of changes in peripheral blood T cell subsets (CD4+and CD8+) and erythrocyte immune function of children patients with chronic gastritis before and after treatments were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) with direct immunofluorescent staining and immune adherence rosettes (RBC C3bRR and RBC ICR). The results showed that various immunologic parameters of the patients, expect the value of RBC ICR, before treatment were lower than those of the control group(P< 0.01), but except that the RBC ICR certainly rosen , other parameters after treatment descended, suggesting that once confirmed diagnosis , timely and regular treatment was administrated to the patients, so as not to caused disturbance of immune function owing to long deficient in essential nutrients. ,the First Hospital of Harbin(Harbin 150010) [Abstract] Purpose To investigate the clinical value of CT three dimensional reconstruction in extremital bone and joint fractures.Methods Spiral CT scans were performed in 31 cases of extremital bone and jonit fractures.CT findings were reviewed and compared with that of plain film.Results CT three dimensional reconstruction examination of bone and joint fractures was obviously superior to plain radiography.The location,type,severity and the displacement of fragments were demonstrated directperception,solid,more angle correctly on CT three dimensional reconstruction.Conclusion CT three dimensional reconstruction examination of extremital bone and joint fracture could provide help on choosing therapeautic method and evaluating prognosis.
