高职院校创业人才立体培养模式探索

Three-dimensional education model of entrepreneurial talents in junior colleges

本文阐述了高职院校创业人才培养的五种模式:以"三个课堂"为载体,与《职业指导》课程一体化的创业教育模式;以"团队导师制"为基础,与专业教学一体化的创业教育渗透模式;以校企合作为依托的创业教育社会实践及培训模式;以校园文化活动为特点的创业教育竞赛模式;以培养创业意识和精神为目标的创业教育基地模式。

The paper propounds five innovation and entrepreneurship training models in junior colleges, that is, the entrepreneurship model on the basis of employment guidance curriculum through the ＂three classes＂ project, the integration model on the basis of the ＂team mentoring＂ serving the mainstream curriculum, the social practice model based on the school-business partnership strategy, the contest model marked by campus cultural activities, and the internship base model with the aim of nurturing entrepreneurial spirit.
