In view of the variance of western management idea,it can be seen that management thoughts have taken on a new thinking.It is at present and future the guiding ideology-ecological management idea.The reality underlying on eco-management idea is the crafted ecological conflict and the theoretical basis coming from the polarization of management idea,the opposition,the players and development.The eco-management idea,as the opposite of scientific management idea,appeared in the age of the scientific management and as the negative factors of efficiency management idea in the age of social man.It focuses its ecological organization idea in the age of multicomponents.
