摘要
区域产业转移滞后现象的存在,使区域经济承担着严重的滞后成本。通过从机会成本和产业转移滞后的反面即产业转移适宜这两个角度出发,对"滞后成本"这一假说进行了推导和分析,得出"滞后成本"主要包括经济效益和社会发展利益两部分。"滞后成本"的提出有助于人们正确认识产业转移滞后所导致的巨大成本、指导决策主体合理采取经济管理决策。
The existence of lagging of the industrial transfer may bring so heavy cost to us,so it is necessary to keep the public informed of the cost we undertake.In this essay,the authors analyse this delayed cost from the two following aspects：one is the opportunity cost,and the other is appropriate transferring industry which is the opposite of delaying in industrial transference.It is concluded that the delayed cost includes economical interests and social development benefits.We hope this article may help people to understand the delayed cost exactly and take reasonable economical and management policy.
