摘要
为了配合实施绩效工资制度,通过"综合系数法",用于高校教师讲课补助收入的合理分配,体现了以工作成绩和效果为依据发放补助的精神。它从量化评价教师及团队的综合素质入手,通过设定概念、赋予权数、建立公式模型等手段,构建起一个操作性很强的动态利益分配机制。既合理分配了教学成果,又统筹兼顾了学校、教师、学生之间的发展,对实施绩效工资有一定借鉴意义。
In order to coordinate the implementation of the performance-salary system,the author applies "Comprehensive Coefficient Method" to reasonable distribution of the lecturer subsidy revenue,which embodies the spirit of performance-salary.From the quantitative evaluation of comprehensive quality of teachers and team,a very dynamic operation interest-distribution mechanism has been built through setting concept,giving weight and building mathematical model.This mechanism can reasonable distribute interests,and have overall consideration of the development of the college,teachers and students.It is of great significance to the implementation of performance-salary.
