摘要
多年来学者们对高校教师绩效管理进行了大量理论及实践研究。为理清高校教师绩效管理的研究发展过程,在对相关文献分析研究基础上,分别就高校教师绩效评价、绩效评价向绩效管理转变及高校教师绩效管理应用研究进行概括和评述。
There has been a lot of theory and practice research in performance management of teachers in universities for many years.To sort out the research process of it,on the basis of analysis of relevant literature,this paper gives a general and brief comments respectively on the research of Performance Evaluation,the transformation from Performance Evaluation application to Performance Management application and the application of performance management in universities.
