Impact of the System of Implanting and Endogen on the State's Identity by the Minority in Border Area——Take Taphin Red Dao in Lao Cai Province of Vietnam as an Example

民族国家的出现,使得国内政治和国际政治产生激烈变革。近现代民族国家的崛起,在丰富民族政治、经济、文化的同时,也限定了民族社会发展逻辑和认知模式的走向。边疆、边界概念的实践化是边疆族群政治性角色得以创生的力量。民族国家是唯一能够赋予此角色的重要行为体。20世纪后半叶,民族国家主权意识的逐渐强化,使曾被松散定义的边疆及族群,因此获得政治意义上的归属。流动的族群享有了作为"边民"的社会定义,并担负起表述国家共同体意志的责任和义务。民族社会由此滋生出异趣于传统的模式,呈现出嵌入与内生秩序交织的态势。二者会同性的交合结果导致民族国家的整体性框架遭到意义层面的剥离,国家认同面临被冲击的危险。

Nation-state＇s emerging has been laying the internal and international politics in-depth changes. Modern nation-state＇s growing-up, not only riches the politics, economy and culture, but also demarcates the trend of social development and acknowledgement formwork. The hypostatization of the frontier and boundary is the power to create the political role of the minority in border area. Nation-state is the only important actor to bestow on this kind of role. During in the later half of the 20th century, the nation-state sovereignty＇s intensifying made the relaxing definition of frontier and minority get the political jurisdiction. So the flowing minority enjoys the social definition of inhabitants of a border area, as well as shoulders the duty of conveying the community will. The minority society so returns the form which is different from the tradition that it demonstrates the interweave situation of the impacting and endogen. Both of them join hands that it results in national entirety peeling off and the national identity faces attacks.
