摘要
为探讨蝙蝠葛碱(Dau)对缺氧心脏去甲肾上腺素(NE)释放的影响,运用高效液相色谱-电化学法测定不同缺氧条件下豚鼠离体心脏流出液中NE含量.结果显示:Dau组(n=13)停灌时心脏NE释放显著低于对照组(n=11,P<0.01);在低氧灌注,低氧酸性灌注及低氧高钾灌注电刺激时,Dau组(n=12-13)心脏NE释放明显低于对照组(n=11-12,P<0.001).表明Dau可抑制缺氧心脏NE的释放.
In
study of the effect of dauricine(Dau) on norepinephrine release in anoxic hearts, high
performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with electrochemical detection was used to
determine the outflow of cardiac norepinephrine(NE) from perfused guinea pig hearts under
different anoxic conditions. The results showed: the cardiac NE release of Dau group(n=13) was
significantly less than that of control group(n=11) during stopped perfusion period(P<0.01); the
cardiac NE release of Dau group(n=12-13) was markedly less than that of control group(n=11-12)
at hypoxia perfusion, hypoxia low pH perfusion and hypoxia high K + perfusion(P<0.001). The
result indicated that Dau could inhibit NE release in ischemic hearts.
