不同胶黏剂胶合的竹炭复合板材性能的差异分析 被引量:2

摘要 对有机胶和无机胶胶合的竹炭复合板材的导热系数和力学性能进行对比研究,结果表明,有机胶胶合的竹炭复合板材的力学性能优于无机胶胶合的竹炭复合板材,但导热系数小于无机胶胶合的竹炭复合板材。用锥形量热仪对两种竹炭复合板材的阻燃性能进行了研究,结果表明,无机胶胶合的竹炭复合板材的阻燃性能明显优于有机胶胶合的竹炭复合板材,但有机胶胶合的竹炭复合板材气相燃烧更完全、烟气的毒性更小。 The presented work conducted a series of contrasting tests to compare the properties of organic adhesive and inorganic adhesive bonded bamboo carbon composite boards.The results showed that organic adhesive performed better in terms of mechanical properties and thermal conductivity.Tests on the fire resistant property using the cone calorimeter showed that the inorganic adhesive bonded composite owned a much better fire resistance than that of the organic one.However, the organic adhesive bonded composite burned much more completely with less emission gas.
