The Education Modernization:Selection of the Vocational Education's Development Strategy

职业教育现代化是现代职业教育思想的具体体现,中国职业教育的现代化是一个全面建设的过程,不仅有教育思想的建设和观念的变革,也有实践的探索和制度的建设。《教育规划纲要》提出的教育工作方针,其中育人为本是教育改革发展的核心任务,促进公平和提高质量是两大重点任务,优先发展和改革创新是实现重点任务的两大重要保障。职业教育办学模式的改革,涉及到教育制度和政策与体制改革,一方面体制改革包括人才培养模式改革、建设现代职业教育院校制度、办学体制改革、管理体制改革等诸方面的内容;另一方面又取决于职业院校自身的发展规划和基础能力建设的水平与力度。为此,笔者试图提出以"构建职业教育共同体"为导向的办学模式改革,具体可概括为15个选题。

The modernization of vocational education is reflection of the views on modern vocational education.It is a comprehensive process of develop the modernization of vocational education in China,because it not only involves the change of education concepts but also the development of practice and system.The ＂Education Plan＂ includes teaching people as the core task,programming for improving equity and quality in education as the two key tasks,prior developing innovation as the two guarantees to fulfill the leading tasks.The reform of vocational education involves education system and the policy and institutional reforms.From one side,it depends on various reforms in talents training,institutions system,running modernization school system and organization system.From the other side,it also bases on the level of the development planning and Infrastructure capabilities for vocational education school itself.Therefore,under the guide of ＂Vocational Education Community＂the author put forward a schoolsystem reform which can be summarized as 15 specific topics.
