创新性职业教育集团办学模式的构想

The Blueprint of the Innovational School-running Mode of Vocational Education Group

在分析我国职业教育集团化办学模式的主要特点基础上,针对目前多数职教集团存在的难以有效发挥企业能动性、缺乏统一的合作载体和保障机制、结构和功能单一等问题,提出了创新性职教集团办学模式的构想。该模式具有政府经济部门主办、教育部门业务主管、跨区域联合学校、构建学分互认和信息资源共享机制、合作专业共同开发并使用以工作过程为导向的中高职贯通的课程体系、运用同一套教学质量保障体系、引入企业评价和管理制度等特点。

The blueprint of the innovational vocation education group mode is provided,based on analysis to main characteristics of the vocational education group mode in our country,and there are current difficult situations where enterprises do not play effective role in vocational education group,and there is insufficiency of unified cooperation carrier and insurance mechanism,single structure and function.The mode has such characteristics that economic department sponsors,education department supervises,consolidated school in multi-regions,sharing mechanism of information resources and construction of mutual recognized course credits,develop and use the curriculum of work process-oriented that links from the secondary vocational education to the higher professional education and use the same teaching quality insurance system in cooperation schools,introduce the evaluation and management system from enterprises.
