摘要
目的:分析大专护生关爱能力现状,为培养护生关爱能力提供依据。方法:采用关爱能力评价量表、自编调查问卷对283名大专护生进行问卷调查,分析其关爱能力现状,并提出相应的培养策略。结果:大专护生CAI总均分为(178.15±14.31)分,认知、勇气、耐心维度均分分别为(75.82±7.04)分、(55.60±7.54)分、(46.72±4.36)分,均低于常模(P<0.01);不同寝室氛围的护生关爱能力总均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),进一步多重均数比较,寝室氛围和谐护生的关爱能力总均分高于氛围一般、有摩擦、常有矛盾的护生(P<0.05);大专护生与临床护士的关爱能力总均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:大专护生关爱能力偏低,护理教育者要加强护生关爱能力的培养,以提高其关爱能力水平。
Objective:To analyze the current status of caring ability of college nursing students in order to provide basis for training.Methods:Caring Ability Inventory Scale and the self-designed questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 283 nursing students of the medical college so as to analyze the current status of their caring ability and put forward the corresponding training strategies.Results:The total average CAI scores of the nursing students were 178.15 ± 14.31;the average dimension scores of cognitive,courage and patience were respectively 75.82 ± 7.04,55.60 ± 7.54 and 46.72 ± 4.36.The scores were lower than the norm(P 0.01) ;the total average scores of the caring ability of the students in different dormitory were significantly different(P 0.01) ;according to the further multiple mean comparison,the total average scores of the caring ability of the students in harmonious atmosphere of the dormitory were higher than those of the students in common,friction and contradictory atmosphere of the dormitory(P 0.05) ;the difference of the total average scores of the caring ability between nursing students of the medical college and clinical nurses was statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion:The cultivation of caring ability of the college nursing students should be enhanced in the nursing education in view of their lower ability.
