在临床护理教学中贯穿护理礼仪教育的效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨在中专护理专业临床护理教学中贯穿护理礼仪教育的效果。方法:将186名护生随机分为实验组96名和对照组90名,实验组在学习护理礼仪后,在临床护理各学科教学中强化礼仪知识的教育,并把礼仪融入各项操作考核中;对照组采用传统教学与考核方法。结果:实验组护生临床护理各科技能平均成绩优于对照组(P<0.01),实习前及实习结束前问卷调查结果发现,实验组护生掌握与运用护理礼仪的能力与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在临床护理教学中贯穿护理礼仪教育,是中专护生良好礼仪习惯形成与培养的重要途径,也是提高护生综合素质和护理质量的关键。 Objective:To study the effect of etiquette education through clinical nursing teaching in secondary medical school.Methods:186 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 96) and control group(n = 90).In the experimental group,the education on etiquette was strengthened in the teaching of each subject after the students had the lessons of etiquette of nursing care and the knowledge of etiquette was applied to the examination of clinical nursing practice,and in the control group the traditional teaching and assessment methods were used.Results:The average scores of clinical nursing skills of the nursing students were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P 0.01) ;there was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the ability to apply nursing etiquette between the students in the experimental group and control group according to the survey results before and after clinical practice(P 0.01).Conclusion:Nursing etiquette education through clinical nursing teaching is an important way for the nursing students in secondary medical school to form good habits and is also the key to improving the overall quality of nursing students and quality of nursing care as well.
