结肠造口患者心理社会需要的研究

Study on the psychosocial needs of patients with colostomy

目的:探讨结肠造口患者心理社会的需要。方法:采用肠造口患者心理社会需要量表对43例结肠造口患者进行问卷调查。结果:结肠造口患者心理社会需要总分为(2.3±0.5)分,呈中等水平;社交娱乐的需要程度最高(1.1±0.4)分;年龄越小,家庭关系越好的患者的社交娱乐和灵性的需求越高(P<0.01,P<0.05);全部自费的患者对灵性的需求高(P<0.01)。结论:临床护理工作者应有针对性地满足患者的需要,促进患者更好地康复。

Objective：To investigate the psychosocial needs of patients with colostomy.Methods：The psychosocial needs rating-scale for the patient with enterostomy was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 43 patients with colostomy.Results：The mean of total psychosocial needs of the patients with colostomy was 2.3 ± 0.5,which was in the middle level;the mean of sociality and entertainment needs was the highest（1.1 ± 0.4）.The younger the patients are and the better the family relationship is,the more ＂ social entertainment need＂ and ＂ spiritual need＂ the patients have（P 0.01,P 0.05） ;the patients who paid all expenses by themselves had more spiritual needs（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Nurses should meet the needs of patients as much as possible to promote rehabilitation of the patients.
