腹腔镜下胃癌根治术22例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 22 gastric cancer patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者围术期护理方法。方法:回顾性分析22例腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者围术期护理措施,包括术前心理护理、术前准备,术后常规护理、并发症预防与护理。结果:本组2例出现术后并发症,均经保守治疗治愈。所有患者均获随访6～33个月,除2例死于腹膜转移癌、1例死于心脏病外,其余患者均健康生存。结论:腹腔镜下胃癌根治术安全、可行,加强围术期护理对于患者的康复具有重要的意义。

Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of gastric cancer patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods： The perioperative nursing measures in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for 22 gastric cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed,including preoperative psychological care,preoperative preparation,routine postoperative nursing care and prevention of complications.Results： Postoperative complications occurred in 2 patients,who were cured by conservative treatment.All patients were followed up for 6 to 33 months and lived healthily,only 2 patients died of peritoneal carcinomatosis and one died of heart disease.Conclusion： Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the treatment of gastric cancer is safe and feasible,and it is significant to enhance perioperative nursing care in the rehabilitation of the patients.
