针刺配合药物注射治疗关节囊肿疗效观察

Effect Observation of Treatment of Joint Cyst with Acupuncture and Drugs Injection Therapy

目的探讨针刺配合药物注射治疗关节囊肿的临床安全有效性以及远期疗效分析。方法细针多点、多次、潜行穿刺抽吸、注射,无水乙醇联合醋酸强的松龙反复化学消融。结果 10例疼痛消失,2例疼痛减轻,囊肿机械压迫引起附加临床症状消失,2年内随访无复发。结论针刺配合药物注射治疗关节囊肿安全、有效、远期疗效确切,值得进—步研究。

Objective To investigate the clinic safety,efficacy and long-term effect of treatment of joint cyst with acupuncture and drugs injection therapy.Methods We used needle to puncture to carry out cyst fluid aspiration and injected ethanol combined with prednisolone to complete ablation repeatedly.Results Pain disappeared in 10 cases and 2 cases were relieved from pain.The clinical symptoms caused by mechanical compression of cyst disappeared.None relapsed within 2 years of follow-up.Conclusion It is safe and effective for long-term to treat joint cyst with acupuncture and drugs injection therapy and worth further study.
