宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变200例临床观察

摘要 目的探讨宫颈环形电切除术(leep)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床应用价值。方法分析2003年2月至2009年12月200例CIN患者行宫颈环形电切除术的治疗情况。结果阴道镜下宫颈异常结构处取活检病理结果为CIN者200例行宫颈环形电切术,术前术后病理诊断一致占51%(102/200),术后病理诊断级别下降占46%(92/200),级别上升3%(6/200),手术切缘阳性者4例占2%,治愈率达97.5%(195/200)。结论宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变安全有效、简单易行、并发症少,能保留患者的生育功能,但手术后仍需定期随访以防宫颈癌的发生发展。
