契形切口手术切除外痔60例临床观察

目的观察契形切口手术治疗外痔术的临床疗效。方法 120例外痔、混合痔患者,随机分成治疗组、对照组各60例,治疗组采用契形切口手术,对照组单采用放射状切口手术。结果治疗组:切口顺利愈合,愈合时间为(10.51±2.51)d,肛缘皮赘遗留少,肛门基本恢复平整,肛管弹性正常,伤口愈合疤痕小。对照组:病人切口愈合时间(15±2.78)d,肛缘皮赘遗留物多12例,占30%,肛管轻度狭窄3例,占7.5%。结论治疗组术后疼痛、伤口愈合时间、肛门光整度、术后肛管狭窄和术后水肿发生率均优于对照组,提示契形切口切除外痔是一种行之有效的方法。

Objective To observe the wedge-shaped incision in the clinical treatment of external hemorrhoids surgery.Methods 120 cases hemorrhoids,mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group（60cases） and control group（60cases）,the treatment group were wedge-shaped incision,while the control group using a single radial incision.Results The treatment group incision healed, the healing time was（10.51 ± 2.51）days,redundant skin left over from the anal verge less anal recovered smooth, elastic normal anal canal,the wound healed scars small.Control group： patients in wound healing time（15 ± 2.78）days,remnants of the anal verge redundant skin over 12,accounting for 30%,mild anal stenosis in 3,accounting for 7.5%.Conclusion The treatment of postoperative pain, wound healing time, finishing degrees anus, anal stenosis and postoperative incidence rate of postoperative edema than the control group, suggesting that wedge incision is an effective method of external hemorrhoids.
