广西边远山区广州管圆线虫宿主动物感染情况调查研究

Survey of host animals infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in remote mountainous areas of Guangxi

目的了解广州管圆线虫在广西边远山区的螺类及鼠类自然感染状况,为当地的防治提供科学依据。方法采集天峨县境内不同地理位置及不同孳生环境的活体福寿螺、石螺、蚌和诱捕野外鼠,采用酶消化法逐个检查各类软体动物感染阳性率及幼虫数,并解剖检查野外鼠了解广州管圆线虫感染情况。结果交通方便山区福寿螺的感染率为18.15%,石螺为5.0%,而交通不便的山区乡螺类未发现感染,但鼠类在交通方便、离县城近的乡镇或交通不便的边远山区乡均发现感染阳性鼠。所调查的蚌类未发现感染。结论该县存在广州管园线虫自然疫源地且感染率高,感染度重。同时发现石螺也是广州管圆线虫感染的中间宿主。对当地人群容易造成感染,应引起高度关注并加强宣传教育。

Objective To understand the natural infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in snail and rats in remote mountainous areas of Guangxi,so as to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods Pomacea canaliculata,snail,and oysters from different geographic locations and living environments were collected and the wild rats were captured,as well as the opisthobranchia positive infection rate and the number of larvae were examined by using enzymatic digestion,and dissecting wild mice.Results The infection rates of Pomacea canaliculata and snail were 18.15% and 5.0% respectively,in the mountainous areas having transport facilities,and no infection was found in the mountainous areas without transport facilities.However.,the infection of rats was found in some townships having transport facilities near the county town and in the remote mountainous areas without transport facilities.No infection was found in oysters.Conclusion There are natural infectious foci of Angiostrongylus cantonesis in Tian＇e County,with high infection rate.At the same time,snail was also discovered to be intermediate host of Angiostrongylus cantonensis,and the local people easily suffer infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis.Hence,we should pay attention to preventing and controlling the infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis.
