EU and some other countries have successively announced a new decree that new vehicles must be equipped with daytimerunninglamps, production and application of incandescent lamps must be strictly forbidden. Furthermore, safety specification standard is now in place. Demands for LED lamps and main lightings are on the rise. In order to grasp this business opportunity, manufacturers for LED components, LED driver IC and system are pressing on with a series of plans.
