Bearing Damage and the Way for Preventing It

随着低碳生活方式的来临，节能环保高效成为传动系发展的主流。过去粗放式重复生产高能耗低端产品，逐步被高质量，高效传动产品替代，以适应国家产业结构调整需要，动力总成零部件企业要想抓住此次发展机遇，抓住传动系中存在的主要问题成为关键。

The drive system has three problems: Oil Seal Leakage, Gear Noise and Bearing Damage. However, few people regard those three problems as that they are related to each other. The writer analyzed systematically the relationship existing among them with a complete new theory and view. At present time, the way widely used for making a preload to cone bearing in China is controlling bearing gap or clearance to reach the needed preload. The writer analyzed the disadvantages of the above-mentioned method from theory to practice, creatively advanced a new theory and concept, that is, making digitization assembly for cone bearing by means of bearing preload, further perfected the theory and practice in assembly industry and provided different solutions for different bearing designs.
