廉政文化在中华文明史上源远流长。廉政文化建设是廉洁文化对腐败文化的较量,是一种反腐败文化战略。加强廉政文化建设是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要要求,是建设社会主义核心价值体系的重要基础,是推进社会主义政治文明建设的重要特征,是深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的重要举措。廉政文化建设要牢记以人为本,着眼重在建设,系统整合资源,坚持健全体制。文化部从廉政文化建设的规律和任务要求出发,充分发挥人才优势、资源优势和阵地优势,积极开展相关工作,不断推进廉政文化建设向深度广度发展。

Anti-corruption culture can be tracked back to centuries ago in the history of Chinese civilization.Its construction is the contest of the culture between anti-corruption and corruption.It＇s also a strategy against corruption.The enhancement of the construction of anti-corruption culture is the great demand to implement the theory of scientific development,the significant base to construct the socialism core value system,and the important measure to strengthen the construction of the Party conduct.The construction of anti-corruption culture should be based on the people-oriented principle and focused on the construction.Resources should also be systematically restructured and system improved.Based on the law and task of anti-corruption culture construction,the Ministry of Culture makes full use of the advantage of intellects,resources and position,actively carries out relevant work and unceasingly improves the construction of anti-corruption culture.
