Acting in accordance with laws is the inherent requirement to make the construction of anti-corruption scientific.The course of scientific anti-corruption is just the process which automatically applies the scientific methods of Marxism theory,compares vertically and horizontally,removes vulgarity and falsity,gets elite and exactness,expose the nature covered under the complicated superficies,and then design the process of anti-corruption construction according to the scientific laws.We must analyze and master the characteristics and laws of corruption in different stages of economic development,different areas with different level of economic development and different fields so as to make the respective tasks of punishing and preventing corruption accord with the internal laws of the subjective-objective unity.The concept of acting in accordance with laws should also be applied in constructing systems,keeping power public and improving education practice.Only in this way can better effects be achieved.
