摘要
采用粉末活性炭/微滤(PAC/MF)组合工艺处理模拟微污染原水,考察了在低温下(10℃)的除污效能及膜污染情况。试验结果表明:在10℃时,PAC/MF系统启动19 d后开始发生硝化反应,在第35天启动完成;系统稳定后,出水平均氨氮、CODMn、UV254和浊度分别为0.3mg/L、1.7 mg/L、0.033 cm-1和0.2 NTU,平均去除率分别为95%、65%、81.5%和98%;周期性的水力反冲洗可在一定程度上减轻膜污染,使膜的运行压力得以恢复。
The combined process of powdered activated carbon (PAC) and microfihration (MF) was used to treat simulated micro-polluted raw water, and the pollutant removal efficiency and membrane fouling at low temperature ( 10 ℃ ) were investigated. The experimental results indicate that at 10 ℃, nitrification starts to occur on the 19th day in PAC/MF system and the start-up is completed on the 35th day. When the system is stable, the average ammonia nitrogen, CODM., UV254 and turbidity of the effluent are 0.3 mg/L, 1.7 mg/L, 0. 033 cm^-1 and 0.2 NTU respectively, and their average removal rates are 95% , 65% , 81.5% and 98% respectively. Periodic backwashing with water can slow down membrane fouling to some extent and recover the membrane operation pressure.
