摘要
针对ACTIFLO澄清池在处理微污染源水运行过程中存在的问题以及节能减排的需要,通过模拟烧杯试验和现场试验相结合的方式对其运行条件和参数进行了优化研究。结果表明,采用回流污泥代替微砂同样能达到较好的沉后水水质;ACTIFLO澄清池第三阶段的搅拌桨转速对沉后水的水质影响很大,低转速下可减少PAM投量、增大污泥回流量,不仅能达到较好的出水水质,而且能达到节能减排的效果。
In order to solve some problems existed during treating the micro-polluted source water in ACTIFLO clarifiers, and to meet the demand for energy-saving and discharge reduction, the operation conditions and parameters of ACTIFLO clarifier were optimized through jar test and field test. The results show that the good quality of sedimentation effluent also can be achieved by recycled sludge instead of micro-sand. The impeller speed in the third stage of ACTIFLO clarifier has great influence on the water quality. When the impeller speed is low, PAM dosage can be reduced, and the flow of recycled sludge can be increased, which achieves excellent water quality and energy-saving and discharge reduction.
