Comparative Analysis of the Forming Reason of Hospital Group between USA and China

目的:为更好地探索我国医院集团的发展方向提供参考。方法:将美国与我国医院集团的形成原因进行对比分析。结果:两国医院集团形成原因既包括优化资源配置效率等共同点,也包括适应各自医疗卫生体制特点的不同之处。结论:我国应结合本国医院集团形成原因,通过发展社区医疗等方式加快医院集团的健康发展。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the development of hospital group in China.METHODS：Comparative analysis of forming reason of hospital group was carried out between USA and China.RESULTS：The reasons of hospital group in China and USA included improving efficiency of resource allocation in common,but also had differences in adapting to their own healthcare systems.CONCLUSION：We must develop community healthcare based on our own forming reason of hospital group to accelerate the development of hospital group.
