突发事件中临床药师的作用探讨

Roles of Clinical Pharmacists in Emergency Events

目的:为促进临床药师在突发事件应急处置中发挥作用提供参考。方法:检索国内、外相关文献,探讨临床药师在突发事件应急处置中开展药学技术服务的工作途径、方法及意义。结果与结论:临床药师作为医疗团队成员之一,通过信息储备、深入临床促进合理用药、心理疏导等多条途径,在突发事件应急处置中发挥重要的作用;建议加快优秀临床药师的专业培训,建立统一的应急平台(包括通信网络),统一的指挥管理机构并定期演练。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the promotion of the roles of clinical pharmacists in the rescue of emergency events.METHODS：By retrieving relevant literatures at home and abroad,the methods and significance of clinical pharmacists providing the pharmaceutical care in the rescue of emergency events were discussed.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：As the membership of a medical group,clinical pharmacists play an important role in the rescue of emergency events by providing pharmaceutical information,promoting reasonable medication,and offering psychological counseling,etc.It is suggested to speed up the professional training of clinical pharmacists and establish unified command management organization and organize regular practice.
