摘要
现代化进程中,我国政府已初步形成了一个内外结合的政府法治监督体系,并且在实践中发挥了较为全面有效的监督功能。但还存在一系列明显的缺陷,必须进一步改革和完善我国政府法制监督体制,在实践中需要进一步加大法制监督的力度,增强法治监督的实效,不断地寻求理想设计的、自上而下、全方位、多渠道的全体人民监督政府的法律制度体系的整体优化的新机制。
In the process of modernization,our government has initially formed a combination of internal and external supervision system of ruling under law and has played a more comprehensive and effective supervision in practice.However,there are a series of obvious defects,we must further reform and improve the legal supervision of our government system,in practice the supervision of law need to be further increased,and the effectiveness of supervision need to be strengthened to seek new mechanism for the overall optimization of all the people with good design and multi-channel from the top to the down.
