摘要
目的建立健儿消食口服液中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的定量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液(23︰77),检测波长283nm。结果橙皮苷在0.09025~0.7220μg呈良好的线性关系;黄芩苷在0.32325~2.6020μg呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为99.62%、98.99%;RSD分别为1.86%、1.66%。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于健儿消食口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of hesperidin and baicalin in Jian'er Xiaoshi Oral Liquid. Methods RP-HPLC was adopted with Agilent Eclipse XDB (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) as analytical column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.3% phosphoric acid solution (23 : 77). The detection wavelength was at 283 nm. Results The linear range of hesperidin was 0.090 25-0.722 0 μg, the average recovery was 99.62% and RSD was 1.86%. The linear range of baicalin was 0.323 25-2.602 μg, the average recovery was 98.99%, and RSD was 1.66%. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, and can be applied to quality control of Jian'er Xiaoshi Oral Liquid.
