摘要
目的了解桂林市女性性工作者的安全套使用情况及其影响因素。对象与方法对400名女性性工作者进行问卷和血清学调查。结果400名调查对象中，1人艾滋病病毒抗体阳性，3人丙肝阳性，8人梅毒阳性。最近一个月与客人发生性行为时每次使用安全套的比例为63．75％。结论女性性工作者是艾滋病性病感染和传播的高危人群。需要在娱乐场所推广100％安全套项目。
Objective To understand the Condom Using Behaviors and influencing factors among female sex workers in guilin. Objects and Methods： To investigate 400 female sex workers by questionnaire survey and serological test. Results.. Among the 400 female sex workers , we identify 1 HIV antibody positive case,3 HCV antibody positive cases and 8 syphilis antibody positive cases.63.75% of them reported consistent condom use during past 1 month with clients. Conclusion： Female sex workers are high risk group vulnerable to HIV and STD and to spread. We should spread the implementation of 100% condom use program at all entertainment places.
