摘要
介绍了西门子技术1 000MW超超临界汽轮机本体轴封结构的特点、轴封系统的特点,以及轴封温度要求及温度控制措施。论述了存在端部汽封抱轴的可能,并通过增设电加热器,改进了轴封供汽系统设计,使得供汽温度可控,防范事故的放生。
By introducing the structure and system of grand seal of Siemens's 1000MW ultra-super critical turbine,and by discussing the temperature requirements and control methods,this article indicate the possibility that gland seal could seize the shaft,and offer a way to forbid by adding an electric heater into steam supple system to raise steam temperature.
