This paper introduced the historical process for the provision of the temperature difference 40℃ between up and down wall of the boiler drum,using classical mechanics theory,and quantitavily calculated the sharing partion in intire life expenditure for the temperature diffence 40℃ on present main power boiler unites with help of the newest national standard（2008 publication）
