摘要
针对超临界锅炉过热器氧化皮脱落引发的爆管问题,分析氧化皮的生成机理,提出防止高温过热器受热面超温运行,减小受热面温度周期性波动和温度变化速率,合理控制锅炉启停过程的操作工艺,及时检测、清理相关部位的氧化皮等措施,为超临界机组的安全稳定运行提供了参考依据。
In view of the pipe bursting problem by oxidation velamen of high temperature superheater in the supercritical boiler,this paper analyzes the form mechanism of the oxidation velamen,presents four measures that are preventing ultra-temperature operation of heating surface in high superheater,minishing periodicity fluctuate of heating surface and temperature changing velocity,controlling the start-up and stop process reasonably,and testing and cleaning the oxidation velamen after the blowing out,to take the reference for the safe and stable operation of supercritical unit.
