火电厂屏式过热器爆管原因分析

Cause Analysis on Tube Bursting of Platen Superheater in Thermal Power Plant

介绍某电厂锅炉故障概况,采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相分析、机械性能测试等方法对火力发电厂屏式过热器爆管原因进行分析,检验结果表明,屏式过热器爆管的原因为该批管段个别部位存在严重的原始制造缺陷,在机组运行过程中,该原始缺陷在应力作用下逐步扩展最终导致爆管失效。

This paper introduces the fault circs of some power plant boiler,and analyzes the causes through macroscopical inspection,chemistry element analysis,metallographic analysis,and mechanism performance test.The test results shows that the cause is the serious originality production limitation existing in the several parts of this group of pipes,and then this originality production limitation extends step by step under the stress,and at last leads to the pipe bursting.
