摘要 以中频电源为研究对象,设计了一种基于SPWM技术的中频电源系统方案。系统以单片机和SPWM信号发生芯片为核心,利用频率和电压反馈实现了中频电源设计。分别给出了实现该设计方案的单片机89C51与信号发生器SA8282的接口电路、逆变器的主电路、软件设计流程图以及系统的控制策略。 With the intermediate frequency power supply in the practical engineering project as the research object, a scheme of intermediate frequency power supply is developed, which utilizes microcontrollers and signal generator of SPWM to realize the design by feedback of frequency and voltage. The following aspects are given: the block-diagram of the system, interface circuit between signal generator of SPWM and microcontrollers of 89C51, the main circuit of the inverter,and control scheme of the system.
