浅谈中国警察开枪后的心理干预

On Psychological Intervention of Firing to Chinese Policemen

作为维护国家长治久安的执法人员,警察在工作中所承受的压力异于常人,尤其面临开枪事件时会有更大的心理压力,导致出现一系列心理问题。由于对警察心理问题不够重视,我国尚缺失专业的为维护警察心理健康而开设的心理咨询和辅导机构。不过,警察心理健康问题已引起警务实践部门和学界的普遍关注,尤其认为对经历开枪事件后的警察进行心理干预更为必要。为提高警察执法水平,保护警察权益,构建良好的警民关系,应当从思想上重视并尽快建立警察用枪的心理干预机制。

As the tipstaff who ensure the long-term stability of the state,policemen undertake greater pressure during their work.They feel much greater psychological pressure especially when meeting firing cases,and this causes a series of psychological problems.We don't have professional psychological counseling and guidance for keeping psychology of policemen healthy because of lack of importance to psychological problems of policemen. But,the psychological problems of policemen have attracted attention from police affairs department and academic world,and intervening to policemen who experienced firing case is considered necessary especially.In order to improve law enforcement of policemen,protect the rights of policemen,construct satisfactory community relation,psychological intervention of firing to policemen should be constructed as soon as quickly.
