二冬汤加减治疗阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效观察

Clinical Research on Two Winter Soup for Treatment of Yinxuhuowang Syndrome of Hyperthyroidism

目的:研究二冬汤加减治疗阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以加减二冬汤合小剂量他巴唑,对照组予以他巴唑常量合左旋甲状腺素片,予治疗前后检查血清中FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4、TSH水平,以及两组临床疗效。结果:经治疗后治疗组有效率93.33%,对照组有效率76.67%,两组疾病疗效比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血清FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4、TSH水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),具有可比性。经治疗后两组FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4水平下调,TSH水平上调与治疗前比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后两组FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4、TSH水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:二冬汤加减可以有效调节阴虚火旺型甲状腺功能亢进症激素水平,而有效治疗疾病。

Objective To study on two winter soup for treatment of Yinxuhuowang Syndrome of Hyperthyroidism.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was therpied with plus or minus two winter soup combination with a small dose of methimazole,and control group were given a constant methimazole with L-thyroxine tablets therapy.All patients were checked the serum FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4,TSH levels and clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results After treatment,The effective rates was 93.33% in the treatment group,and the effective rates was 76.67% in the control group.The effective rates have significant difference beween two groups （P 0.05）.Before treatment,serum FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4,TSH level was no significant difference in two groups （P 0.05）.After treatment,FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4 levels were down in two groups,TSH levels were rised.Compared with before treatment,it have significant difference （P 0.05）.After treatment,FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4,TSH level was no significant difference betwwen two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The two winter soup can effectively regulate thyroid hormone levels in Yinxuhuowang Syndrome of Hyperthyroidism,and effective treatment of this disease.
