摘要
煤矿中瓦斯气体的浓度超限是引起煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故的主要原因。利用激光吸收光谱检测技术进行瓦斯传感系统监测的研究。介绍光纤瓦斯传感器的工作原理,采用平衡检测方法克服激光强度起伏引起对检测灵敏度的影响,有效提高系统检测灵敏度,并设计传感器系统结构。实验结果表明基于激光吸收光纤瓦斯传感系统具有很好的检测效果,可实现对煤矿中瓦斯气体实时检测。
The consistency of gas plays an important role in the industrial production process.In this paper,laser absorption spectroscopy detection technology gas sensor system for monitoring studies.Principle of laser absorption optical fiber gas sensor was introduced,adopt a balanced detection method to overcome the laser intensity fluctuations caused by the impact of the detection sensitivity,system's sensitivity power is increased,and structure of the sensor was designed.Experimental results show that optical fiber gas sensor based on laser absorption detection has good detection effects,can be realized real-time detection of gas coal mines.
