摘要
目的:测定平喘方配方颗粒及传统汤剂颗粒中五味子醇甲的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Hypersil ODS_2柱,甲醇-水(40∶60)为流动相,检测波长251 nm。结果:五味子醇甲含量在(0.09~0.90)μg范围内与峰面积之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);五味子醇甲在小儿乎喘方配方颗粒中的平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.54%。结论:配方颗粒与传统汤剂颗粒的色谱图基本一致,配方颗粒中五味子醇甲含量高于传统汤剂颗粒。
Objective: To determine the contents of schisandrin in pingchuanfang dispensing granules and traditional decoction granules. Method: An HPLC method was carried out on Hypersil ODS2 column, methanol-water (40: 60) mixture was used as a mobile phase, with detection at 250 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 09-0. 90 μg for schisandrin (r = 0. 999 5 ). The average recovery of schisandrin in pingchuanfang dispensing granules was 100. 5% (RSD = 1.54% ). Conclusion: Dispensing granule is similar to the traditional decoction granules in the HPLC chromatograms, the content of schisandrin in dispensing granules is higher than that in traditional decoction granules.
