白英药材质量标准的建立

Study on the Quality Standard of Solanum Lyratum Thunb.

目的:建立白英药材的质量标准。方法:采用性状、显微、薄层鉴别方法,检查其水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分,采用HPLC法测定薯蓣皂苷元的含量。结果:显微特征、薄层斑点明显,白英含薯蓣皂苷元不得少于0.20%。结论:本法操作简便、快速,可作为白英药材的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish the quality standard for Solanum lyratum Thunb. Method： The Solarium lyratum Thunb. was i- dentified by microsope and TLC, the water content, total ashes, acid-insoluble ashes were checked and the contents of diosgenin in Sola- hum lyratum Thunb. was determined by HPLC, Result： The character of microsope and the spot of TLC were evident. The total contents of diosgenin in Solanum lyratum Thunb. was more than 0, 20%. Conclusion： The method is easy, quick, and suitable for quality con- trol of Solanum lyratum Thunb..
