摘要
目的:研究大果阿魏的抗凝血作用。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,大果阿魏高剂量组100 mg·kg^(-1),中剂量组50 mg·kg^(-1),低剂量组25 mg·kg^(-1),中药阳性药物对照组银杏叶片144μg·kg^(-1),西药阳性药物对照组华法林125μg·kg^(-1),空白溶剂对照组给予等容量的生理盐水,连续灌胃7 d。测定大鼠活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及复钙时间(RT),观察大果阿魏的抗凝血作用。结果:高、中、低三个剂量组的大果阿魏均能明显延长大鼠血浆APTT、PT、TT和RT时间。与溶剂对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:大果阿魏具有显著的抗凝血作用。
Objective : To study the effect of FerulA lehmannii Boiss on anticoagulation. Method : Wistar mice were randomly allocated to six groups. Ferula lehmannii Boiss group received the Ferula lehmannii Boiss at a dose level of 100, 50, 25 mg. kg- 1 by intragastric administration for seven days. Warfarin group was given warfarin sodium tablets at a dose level of 144 μg. kg- 1 for seven days. ginkgo leaf group was given ginkgo leaf tablets at a dose level of 125 μg.kg-1 for seven days. Control group was kept in an equal vol- ume of normal saline. AFTT, PT, TT, RT were used to evaluate the anticoagulalion activities of Ferula lehmannii Boiss. Result: Feru- la lehmannii Boiss significantly delayed APTT, PT, TT and RT. Compared with control group of NS, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Ferula lehmannii Boiss has obvious effect on blood antieoagulation.
