Chinese electronic dictionary is an important component of a Chinese word segmentation and POS tagging system.Its performance affects the system＇s speed and effectiveness directly.This paper introduces the design and implementation process of a general Chinese electronic dictionary management system based on PB.Through the system users can manage the Chinese electronic dictionary effectively,which makes This Given the dictionary with good performance and scalability.Then the dictionary provides a powerful support tool for the research of Chinese word segmentation and POS tagging etc.
