深圳市医疗机构2008-2009年一次性医用灭菌棉签灭菌效果监测结果分析

Analysis of Sterilization Surveillance of Disposable Sterile Cotton Swabs in Shenzhen Medical institutions during 2008-2009

目的对比分析深圳市医疗机构2008-2009年一次性医用灭菌棉签的卫生质量,探讨如何更有效地对棉签卫生质量进行监督监测,确保临床使用灭菌合格的一次性医用灭菌棉签。方法 2008-2009年从深圳市各区街道以上医院的一次性医用灭菌棉签中随机抽取98份进行监测。结果 2009年的棉签合格率明显好于2008年。结论应及时将监测结果进行反馈,并给予适当指导,继续加强棉签的监督。

Objective To compare the hygienic quality of disposable sterile cotton swabs in Shenzhen medical institutions between 2008 and 2009,in order to explore more effective ways to monitor the quality of cotton swabs and to ensure the use of qualified sterile cotton swabs in clinic.Method Ninety-eight swabs were randomly selected from hospitals above the sub-district level in Shenzhen City.Results The qualification rate of cotton swabs in 2009 was significantly higher than 2008.Conclusions Testing results should be fed back and guidance should be given in time.Furthermore,the surveillance of disposable sterile cotton swabs should be strengthen unceasingly.
