摘要
目的了解沧州市2009年食品中沙门氏菌、副溶血性弧菌、单增李斯特菌、肠出血性大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的污染状况,为沧州市食源性致病菌和食物中毒监测提供科学依据。方法依据国家食源性致病菌监测网2009年度工作手册,对3类食品进行沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌、单增李斯特菌、肠出血性大肠埃希氏菌等5种致病菌的分离、生化及血清型鉴定。结果 46份样品中共检出致病菌14株,总检出率为35%。其中沙门氏菌3株,检出率为7.5%;副溶血弧菌11株,检出率为27.5%;单增李斯特菌、肠出血性大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌未检出。结论 2009年沧州市食品中存在食源性致病菌的污染,其中水产品污染较重。希望卫生监督部门加大对上述产品流通、销售和餐饮的管理,防止食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Salmonella,Vibrio phrahaemolyticus,Listeria monocytogenes,EHEC(O157:H7),Staphylococcus aureus in food of Cangzhou city during 2009,to provide scientific basis for foodborne pathogens and food poisoning monitoring.Method According to National Standards of P.R.China.GB4789 and National Foodborne Parthogens Test.Salmonella,Vibrio phrahaemolyticus,Listeria monocytogenes,EHEC(O157:H7),Staphylococcus aureus,C jejunum bacteria flexuosus were isolated from 3 kinds of food,and identified by biochemistry and blood serum.Results 14 pathogenic bacterias were isolated from 46 samples,and the total rate was 35%.Among them,3(7.5%) were Salmonella enterica,11(27.5%) were Vibrio phrahaemolyticus,but there were no Listeria monocytogenes,Enterohemorrhagic Esherichia Coil(EHEC) O157:H7 and Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusions There were foodborne pathogens contamination in Cangzhou city during 2009 and aquatic food was the most seriously.In order to prevention the foodborne diseases,we hope department to enhance management of products in circulation,sales and catering.
