摘要
在回顾国内外员工敬业度研究文献的基础上,对员工敬业度的定义、结构、测量工具以及作用机制等领域的研究成果进行总结,分析了研究的结论和研究中存在的不足。由于"敬业"在中国是一种自古已有的精神和传统,因此提出在中国文化背景下员工敬业度研究应该关注的领域,包括中国本土员工敬业的定义和结构、员工敬业度与个人绩效和组织绩效的关系、提升员工敬业度的有效措施等。
Through literature review,we make a critical analysis of studies on the definition,the structure and the measuring tools of employee engagement,which is a hot topic in today's human resources management practice and research.Since the word "engagement" has a long history in China,it is necessary to make study of this topic under Chinese cultural background,which includes research on the definition and structure of engagement,the mechanism of employee engagement on personal and organizational performance and measures of enhancing employee engagement.
