摘要
建立中药降糖药中加入11种化学降糖物质(阿卡波糖、盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍、甲苯磺丁脲、格列吡嗪、格列齐特、格列本脲、格列美脲、格列喹酮、盐酸吡格列酮、瑞格列奈)的HPLC检测方法。方法:C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液(用冰醋酸调pH值至4.0)(60∶40),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长235nm。结果:本法快速、准确、灵敏。结论:可用于中药降糖药加入上述11种化学物质的检测。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of 11 chemical antidiabetic material (Acarbose, Metformin hydrochloride, Phenformin hydrochloride, tolbutamide, glipizide, Gliclazide, Glyhuride, Glimepiride, Gliquidone, Pioglitazone hydrochloride, Repaglinide) in Antidiahetie of chinese traditional medicine. Method: C18 (4. 6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) , acetonitrile and 0.05 mol · L^-1 ammonium acetate( 60: 40) (adjusted to pH 4. 0 with acetic acid)as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1 , and detected at wavelength of 235 nm. Results : The method is fast, accurate, sensitive. Cnclusion : It can be used for determination of 11 chemical antidiabetic material in Antidiabetics of Chinese Traditional Medicine.
